Nutrition & Lifestyle Counseling is a unique arena in health and nutrition. As a Registered Dietitian and a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, I focus on your diet, but also on the effects of food on the body- how it plays a part in your energy levels, digestion, stress management, and eating behaviors. I also focus on lifestyle improvements including exercise, relationships (with people and food itself) and finding a healthy balance (or what I call a healthy medium)- whether it be by breathing better or by being more creative in your life.
No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals. When your health changes, everything changes. I promise!
